🛑 Order Cancellation Policy

At Bihari Andaj, all our items are prepared fresh and homemade, specifically after an order is received. Because of the nature of our service, we allow cancellations under specific conditions:

✅ Cancellation Window

  • You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it.

  • To cancel, please email us at info@bihariandaj.com or contact us via phone/WhatsApp (if listed on the website).

❌ Cancellation Restrictions

  • Orders cannot be cancelled if:

    • The preparation of your order has already started.

    • The order has been packed or dispatched.

    • The cancellation request is made after the allowed time window.

💸 Refund Policy

We strive to ensure every customer is happy with their order. However, refunds will be granted only under the following circumstances:

✅ Eligible for Refund

  • Order was cancelled within the allowed 30-minute window.

  • You received wrong or missing items in your order.

  • Items were damaged or spoiled upon delivery (must be reported immediately with photo/video proof).

  • Your order was not delivered due to our error.

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after the food is prepared.

  • Delayed delivery due to incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Customer unavailable at the time of delivery.

  • Minor taste preferences or food not meeting personal expectations.

💳 Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase (e.g., UPI, Razorpay, credit/debit card).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

  • We prepare all meals fresh to order, with no preservatives or pre-cooked stock. We request your cooperation and understanding regarding refund and cancellation limitations.
